Ball Mastery
Master control of the ball with our advanced patterns that encourage you to move the ball quickly with both feet
Passing
Execute both short and long distance passing patterns that focus on first touch, accuracy, along with off the ball movement and vision.
Skills
Perform functional skills both stationary and at speed that will make you untouchable.
Shooting
Learn the correct form for various types of shooting techniques.
Speed & Agility
Before we begin our footwork, we warm the legs up with an agility warm up and stretch, followed by an intense fitness workout.
1v1's & Small sided
Players will test their abilities at the end of each session with either 1v1's or a small sided game.
