1. HOW TO BECOME A FAIRWAY MEMBER:

Download the Spaces App by Wix on your smartphone.

Create a username and password.

Join Fairway’s Site by using Invite Code: XE7UJS or just search Fairway in the search bar.

Once you’ve entered Fairway’s page, click the three dots at the top of the page

Click your profile (Which is specifically your Fairway profile, not your default Wix profile)

Select Edit Profile and change the Account name(Not profile name) to your PLAYER’s name. If you have more than one player, please add both players names. Example: Katie/Corey.

Don’t forget to add a picture of your player to help us connect their face to their name when they come out for their first session!
Now that your profile is complete, send us a message with the following information to get scheduled as quickly as possible!

How to Buy a Pricing Plan:
You have spoken with a coach on which pricing plan will work best with your schedule and are ready to take the next step!
To purchase a pricing plan, click the Pricing Tab.
If planning on coming to a group session, feel free to purchase a FREE trial session right away! But please remember these are only valid as a one time purchase and expire in 7 days.
Also, it’s required that you have messaged a coach for approval to book certain classes with your free trial.
Make sure you’ve read our “How to become a Fairway Member” tab before proceeding with any first time bookings.
When choosing a plan, please remember that all “memberships” are auto drafted and sessions expire in 30 days. We will go over more details on memberships vs packages on Tab 6 of our Policies page!
Booking a Service:
Once you have purchased a pricing plan, you can use your accredited sessions to book a class.
Click the “Services” tab on the Spaces App by Wix.
Click the class or session you have been approved for by a Fairway Coach.
After selecting a Service, choose which day on the calendar you would like to book for and choose the appropriate time. (If booking a private or partner session, make sure you book with the assigned coach(s) you were given approval for). After you have successfully booked, you should receive a confirmation email.

2. SCHEDULING/BOOKING DEADLINES:
​
You can book all of your sessions as early in advance as you’d like, or if needing more flexibility, you can book as late as 6 hours before session start time. This 6 hour rule applies to all services. Once it’s less than 6 hours before session start time, the class or appointment time will disappear from the schedule and you will be unavailable to book that slot.
This 6 hour rule also applies to cancellations and reschedules. If you have booked yourself for a session, any changes to availability must be made before the 6 hour mark.
Reschedules and Cancelling Sessions:
If you need to reschedule its super simple! Just go to the bottom right of your Spaces App and click the My Profile Tab. Select Bookings, and click the three dots next to the session you would like to reschedule. Choose “Cancel booking.” You will now find the session credited back to your account and can choose a new session to book.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, it will be a lost session.

3. PAYMENTS:
All Payments must be submitted through Wix. We do not accept cash payments, Zelle, checks, or any other form of payment. However, you can link your PayPal to your Wix account.
All memberships are auto-drafted every month. We do offer packages that are not auto-drafted. You can cancel your membership at anytime. However, we will not refund any payments after they have been drafted. You will have access to use your sessions though the expiration period, even after you have cancelled.

4. REFUNDS:
We have a no refund policy. We will also not transfer credits or funds to different packages. For example, if you bought a $40 drop in and decide you would rather do a private session, we cannot credit the transaction to your new package.
Extensions and Deadlines:
All memberships and packages have specific expiration dates listed when you buy your pricing plan. We will NOT extend package expirations. Unused sessions in memberships and packages will NOT rollover to the next billing period.

5. PRICING PLANS:

Memberships:
Currently, we offer two membership for our group sessions.
The Level One Membership is $110 and credits you 4 group sessions each month.
The Level Two Membership is $200 and credits you 8 group sessions each month.
Memberships will be auto-drated! We will not refund any payments after they have been drafted. We do offer membership suspensions if you get busy or plan on leaving town! Please note, unused sessions from the previous billing period DO NOT ROLLOVER.
Packages:
We offer multiple packages for groups, privates, and partner sessions. All packages have a specific expiration date. Please review.
Group Sessions Packages:
1 Drop-in Group Session $40 (30 day expiration)
4 Pack Group Session $130 (60 day expiration)
8 Pack Group Session $235 (60 day expiration)
16 Pack- Sibling Deal Group Session $320 (60 day expiration)
Private Session Packages:
Single $80 (30 day expiration)
4 Pack $280 (6 week expiration)
8 Pack $520 (60 day expiration)
Partner Session Packages:
Single $100 (30 day expiration)
4 Pack $320 (6 week expiration)
8 Pack $560 (60 day expiration)
Packages must be manually purchased and will not be on auto-draft. We will not extend package deadlines.

6. SERVICES:
Group Sessions:
Beginner-Intermediate Group Sessions:
This session is for players U8-U12. We offer this group twice a week on Mondays and Fridays at 5PM.
Groups will be broken into further groups based on age and skill level. Please note, that our “Beginner” class is not for beginners in soccer, but for beginners in advanced skills and passing patterns. All players are required to have at least two years of soccer playing experience, and expected to know the basics of passing and dribbling, as well as other simple soccer skills. Younger players must be emotionally mature enough to handle the entire hour and fifteen minute session to participate in classes.
Advanced U8-U11 Group Sessions:
This session is for ADVANCED players U8-U12. We offer this session once a week on Wednesdays at 5 PM.
Advanced U12-U17 Group Sessions:
This session is for ADVANCED players U12-U17. We offer this session four times a week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:15 PM, and Tuesdays at 5 PM.
ELITE Group Session:
Players must be approved by a Fairway Coach to be accepted into this class. This session takes place once a week on Fridays at 6:15 PM.

Privates, Partners, & Team Sessions:
Private & Partner sessions are offered Monday - Saturday and must be reserved on the calendar. Just like group sessions, if you bought a package, you can book all your sessions as early in advance as you’d like to reserve your slot time. Sessions must be booked within your expiration period.
Partner sessions and Team Sessions must be reserved and paid by one designated buyer.
7. PLAYER EXPECTATIONS:
Fairway players are held to a high standard of expectations. All players must come with an entrenched level of focus and ambition. We only take on players that are ready to fully commit in reaching their goals. Players that slack off or distract the group from learning will be introduced to our two-strike policy. After two warnings, players may be asked to sit out for the remainder of the drill or session. We aim to keep a very fast paced learning environment and want to give every player the best opportunity to reach their goals.
Players also need to come in appropriate training gear for practice. No graphic tees and no running shoes. Younger players need to have their shoe laces double knotted and their hair pulled back out of their face.
8. SPECTATOR EXPECTATIONS:
We ask all spectators (parents, siblings, and friends) to respect our no distraction policy. Please make sure all comments and criticism towards players are held until after the session is over. We understand your enthusiasm, but we want to keep the player(s) focused on the task at hand. We highly encourage all parents to stay and observe our sessions, but do ask you to stay on the outskirts of the training grounds.

9. REFERRALS:
Players will receive one free group session if their referral signs up for a package or membership.
10. MAKE UP POLICY:

During bad weather days we will always make an effort to secure an indoor field within the DFW area. If we cannot secure a field, we will attempt to hold a make up session on the following Saturday if the weather permits. Players are also welcome to make up their session on any day their class is offered. (U12-U17 Advanced classes occur four times a week).
11. PUBLIC PARK GUIDELINES:
Currently, all of our sessions take place at a public parks. We ask you to please respect the community by following a few of these simple rules when visiting us at the park.

Park only on the "Park Side"of the street. PLEASE do not park in front or near neighboring houses. Please also make sure you are parked when dropping off your players. Dropping your player off in the middle of the road will cause unnecessary traffic for the community.

If observing sessions from the outside of the gated fence, please also make sure you are on the park side of the street, again, not next to neighbor's fences. Spectators are welcome to be on the inside of the gated fence to watch, we just ask you sit on the outskirts of the training grounds to avoid distracting the players.

Please do not bring or drink alcohol at the parks.

12. VIDEO/SOCIAL MEDIA:

All Fairway sessions are recorded for the use on social media and other marketing platforms. By participating in any Fairway Soccer Academy events, you are consenting to the use of all footage and photos to be used in any and all marketing platforms for Fairway Soccer Academy.

13. MOBILE ANNOUNEMENTS:
​
After downloading the app, we ask that you please update your notification settings. Fairway will occasionally send out important mobile announcements mostly regarding location changes due to weather, cancellations, or policy updates. Please make sure your mobile announcements setting is switched on! You will have the choice to turn off other notifications like event updates and forum activity, etc..
